Regina is a restaurant located in the newly renovated Tachana complex in Tel Aviv. The building is a historical landmark from 1900, and is decorated with beautiful wrought iron fences and colorful flowers. The design is truly classic, and very authentic.
The menu is meat and focuses on classic Israeli flavors while retaining some of the traditions from the cultures that helped to build the country. Start with an appetizer like Smoked Salmon, or Maatjes a pickled fish dish from Holland. The salads and soups are fresh and you cannot go wrong with Kibbe soup or the Antipasti Salad served with baked vegetables on a bed of lettuce with apricots and nuts.
