He also worked in the Italian Michelin star holding restaurant Restorente De Vitorio. Chef Lior’s menu focuses on Israeli flavors made with the best and freshest ingredients. The risotto and ravioli are made by hand, and the fish is smoked on the premises. The restaurant, located in central Jerusalem is decorated in the classical Jerusalem style. Beautiful stone walls add to the effect of light, and the dark wood provides a nice contrast.
