Part of the meat featured by Butchery Restaurant comes from Golan Heights, at the opposite extreme of Israel, all the way north.  Golan Heights (Ramat Hagolan)  is known for its cattle farms dedicated to the production of excellent quality of meat and milk and its cowboys.
