Soya

Soya is a small restaurant on Rachel Imenu Street in The German Colony, just steps away from Emek Refaim, one of the most hip neighborhoods in the city. The meat menu is Rabbanut mehadrin.

Soya is an Asian-style fast food restaurant offering delicious stir-fried dishes and other Asian specialties. These are prepared for you when you make your order. The meat menu has a nice variety of dishes. Start with snack sized portions of eggrolls or Sata, a traditional Asian dish of marinated meat skewers dipped in peanut sauce.

You will also enjoy great rice and noodle dishes with meat, vegetables or tofu. These dishes come with your choice of sauce, each named after an area in the Far East. The Shanghai is honey soy sauce, and the Delhi is curry and coconut. They also have sandwiches, salads and a number of main courses like Teriyaki Veal, and Bombay Eggplant, with chicken humus and vegetables in curry sauce.

Don’t forget the sushi!
