Revised August 2011
Successful restaurateur Daniel Goldwater, has opened Pasta Centro, a quality dairy Italian restaurant in Pardes Hannah. With several successful dairy restaurants behind him, Daniel is doing it again, in this out of the way location. Folks from all over the country who know a Daniel Goldwater restaurant have made their way to Pardes Hannah to enjoy Daniel's specialty foods.
Nothing is store-bought at this restaurant. At Pasta Centro you will find only foods made in house. From the breakfast to the ice cream dessert, all the foods are original. Daniel even prepares his own pasta. There is nothing like hand made fresh pasta, which is another food entirely from the dry packaged pasta that we buy in the supermarket. Daniel's fresh pasta can be purchased at the restaurant by the kilo. You might also ask about the pasta sauces.
Pasta Centro is happy to cater your next affair.
From August till Rosh Hashana (September 28,2011) Pasta Centro offers a 15% discount (not including breakfast and the business lunch). The discount applies to take away foods as well. Break up your 3-day Yom Tov with a dairy meal from Pasta Centro. Order take away by phone in advance to make sure you get your order for Rosh Hashana.

En route back home from a foray to Rikmat Elimelech this afternoon, we decided to have lunch at Pasta Centro in PH. We have been reading their praises on this website and hearing the same from our friends, hence the big step / stop today.
It was marvelous. The place is immaculate, the menu chock full of nice choices, the serving staff and the owner / Chef most helpful and congenial. We decided on a slight variation of the business lunch offerings and they immediately agreed to honor our request.
Even the music was 'right', pleasant American jazz at a comfortable non-Israeli listening level. The owner is from New Zealand and speaks passable English...
Roni and I give the place our coveted 'Two Forks' rating.
Give it a try, you'll like it. Joe

Right in the building that used to be the Histadrut, off of Rechov HaDekalim, in a premises formerly occupied by a Chocolate Shop is Pasta Centro. Owned and operated by Daniel Goldwater, this is a restaurant that you should definitely visit.
A dairy Italian menu along with very polite and attentive service makes this place a winner. Years ago Daniel owned a Kosher restaurant in Jerusalem, Al Dente, knows the ropes and is fully committed to securing full documentation.
The wine list is limited but good and we even discussed the option of "bring your own bottle" corking costs. Daniel has plans to sell fresh pasta from the premises.

Just want to say that I bumped into Liz at the same restaurant last night and also had a wonderful meal. The food is fresh and you can see that care went into it's preparation. The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice. I haven't found a little gem like this in our area for a long time. Let's support them. Enjoy!

Sometimes one finds a gem in the most far out places - a place which will be in all the restaurant guides as a 5+ star - well we have this place now in Pardess Hana - Pasto Centro near the Maccabi Doctor's building.
I recommend to all our Forum freids in Zichron, Binyamina, Or Akiva, Givat Ada and Hadera to partake of this new gulinary treat. It is one of the best, if not the best, I have been to

i can highly reccommend"pasta centro" a new {halavi} italian restaurant in paedes hanna, 103 dekalim next 2 hadar phermacy. the food is great so is the service. daniel, the owner and the chef, was the owner of [a restaurant] in jerusalem. both he and the waitress smile a lot and the music is quite in the background so you do not suffer and can talk and hear your friends and enjoy the meal.
